Used it to zap lanternfly on young willow tree, and needed more pressure than a standard spray bottle to get insecticidal soap higher up in tree. Its great. As with all pressure sprayers, you do need to re-pump it as the liquid level goes down. Love the long extension wand on it and the spray pattern adjustment.Using the sprayer for insecticide treatment of geraniums and bougainvillea for example. The telescoping wand helps to keep the spray at bay. The spray head rotates to get under the leaves. Well made. The sprayer is good for small projects.Sprayer holds pressure for a long time. The extendable wand allows larger spray area. This is the perfect sprayer for your needs! It’s durable but it is heavy on. The arms my shoulder hurt for a few days. It’s hard to get the lid on with the long spray nozzle. Watch out for breezy weather it sprays back on you. It does spray far and is durable and convenient. Hard to hold because the bottle is round and big but it gets the job done. It doesn’t collapse on you built wellVery useful for treating plantsI thought I bought the one with the long stem, because that is what was pictured. I had bought the long stem one before and liked it a lot. But the one without the stem does not spray as well. I am using it for misting only. My old one with the long stem works great for everything and currently has a deer repellent in it. The jar is a great size. Not too big, not too small.I really liked this when I first purchased it. Although I had to pump it often and refill it, too, it was easy to handle. The spray director is also very handy when trying to get under leaves if you're attacking a mite or mildew infestation. BUT...I tried to use it for the first time this season the day before yesterday. Once I had my Neem oil mixture in it, I started pumping to pressurize it, and BANG!--it EXPLODED!. It blew out the side of the plastic. Fortunately, it was sitting on the picnic table, so just my arm was hit, and I got a nasty bruise from the impact & some scratches from the shattered plastic. Plus, I was covered in the stinky mix. It's not as if I were leaning over it and the force of the explosion sent plastic and stinky stuff into my face!I don't know how long it was supposed to last, but guess not more than a couple of years!Product seemed good on paper. This is why it didn’t work for me:- releases way too much; difficult/can’t control the amount of liquid per press- drips non stop from the nozzle; not a good idea if you are intending to use this on poisonous chemicals such as tree or weed killers and walk across your lawn- doesn’t stand still when near emptyI should have read/listened to other reviews before buying.Consider yourself warned. What a great tool, easy to setup and use. Ideal to spray under the leaves . Easy to adjust to various distance. Your hands do not get tired as quickly as with larger sprayers. Unlike regular sprayers, this unit gives a very fine mist, which makes it easy to cover a plant in a shorter period of time. Very happy with the purchase.I used this sprayer once. At the beginning the spray took a while to stop when I stopped pressing the lever. Towards the end the spray wouldn't shut off at all. I was spraying pesticide and wanted to spot treat a few weeds to avoid using too much pesticide. However, I ended up using way more product than I needed to because I couldn't control the application. I am disappointed because it would have been good if it had worked.Nozzle is leaking when pumping water. Also, when the bottle is empty, the unit will fall and won't stay on its feet. Really not impressed with the sprayer for the price i paid. I prefer the sprayers i bought from Chaplin - greater capacity and doesn't have the inconveniences listedVery good producr when you dont have too much product to spray
