I, like many others, have been searching for the perfect case and this is definitely at the top of my list. I have about five cases for my iPhone and two of them are the iSkin solo FX (pink and clear frost). The great thing about this case is that it's hard enough to protect from scratches and it has enough cushion to protect from falls. The back material is a bit difficult to explain but I'll try my best.. It has a nice soft feel to it, doesn't hold onto fingerprints, doesn't show scratches like my speck seethru and speck candyshell cases do, and its able to slide in and out of pockets easily. The back may not have a lot of grip but the material that runs along the sides sure does. It is more of like grippy, hard silicone so if you were to place your phone face down on a flat or slanted surface it wouldn't be sliding around anytime soon. Also, the lip around the case does cover the chrome part of the phone, which some people like and others aren't so fond of. There is an opening for the vibrate switch (Unfortunately, the opening is a bit small unless you have nails or small fingers). However, the buttons that are covered (volume and power) work quite nicely, unlike other cases where the buttons are difficult to push when covered.
