Finding Freedom is a book I'll be referring to again and again either in conversation or interaction with the text. First, I enjoyed the raw honestly of the story. I really felt I was right there experiencing the journey along with Eryn or getting to know the people/characters intimately. Second, there's the message, prompts to contemplate and better get to know yourself. Finally the artwork, a lovely peak at Eryn's beautiful mandalas. I was fortunate to take a class with Eryn where she shared her process. There's a lot packed into this well written volume but it's very well organized. I read it through as a memoir, but plan to go back and spend more time with the prompts:-)
